Pilates Flow is a 45-minute class suitable for all levels.

Regardless of your level, whether you are a beginner or advanced, you are welcome to join the class as it includes modifications and challenges to cater to everyone.
The class also emphasizes functional movements to make daily activities easier.

This is a 30-minute Power Pilates class that provides a total body workout with a strong focus on strength, including lunges, squats, push ups, and core work. Modifications will be given if needed. It's a great way to start your day!
