As part of this transformative experience, we'll embark on an adventurous hike up Victoria's largest peak, Mt Bogong. Pilates Classes

Each day you will do a unique Pilates class followed by a moment of mindfulness to reset or reflex on the day, each class will suit and prepare you for the activities ahead
We will utilise both the reformer and mat with sessions tailored to match the day's activities, ensuring you feel balanced, strong, and refreshed.
Mount Bogong Hike

Mount Bogong, the highest peak in the Victorian High Country, stands at a breathtaking 1986 meters. Rising above the beautiful Bogong High Plains, this iconic mountain offers a fulfilling adventure for hikers of all levels.
The hike will be between 12km-15km, with an elevation gain of 500m-1200m. Starting near Mount Beauty, we will choose an appropriate route to summit Mt Bogong based on the group.
While the hike involves a steady climb, it rewards you with stunning panoramic views and a sense of achievement. Along the way, you'll traverse scenic landscapes and emerge above the treeline to the exposed summit, offering unparalleled vistas of the Alpine National Park.

Dreamers stand-alone spa chalets are small and intimate. Most are situated around Dreamers lagoon on our 5 acre country property and made of timber and stone.

The retreat cost includes accommodation, all meals, daily Pilates classes (both Mat and Reformer), a guided hike to Mt Bogong, and access to additional activities like sauna and ice baths. Transportation to and from the retreat location is not included.

No prior Pilates experience is necessary. The classes are tailored to all experience levels, ensuring that everyone feels challenged and rejuvenated.

Each day starts with an Energising Morning Flow Pilates class, designed to prepare you for the day’s activities, followed by a moment of mindfulness.
We will then engage in our main activity of the day, such as hiking Mt Bogong, followed by relaxing saunas, ice baths, and stretching Pilates sessions.
I encourage you to participate as much or as little as you like during your retreat.

Yes, there is ample downtime for relaxation. You can enjoy the cozy reading nooks, the in-ground pool, daily sauna options, and plenty of free time to unwind and recharge.

Our retreat includes a variety of Pilates classes such as Energising Morning Flow, Stretch and Release on the Reformer, Creative Fun Balance, and Joseph Pilates Original Repertoire. Each session is designed to complement the day’s activities.

The hike to Mt Bogong is a challenging adventure, suitable for those with a reasonable level of fitness. It offers breathtaking views and a great sense of accomplishment upon reaching the summit.
We have a couple of route options, which will be decided based on the group's preference and ability.

We implore you to do as much or as little as you wish while on the Wild Flower Pilates retreat.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, you will receive a full refund of the total retreat cost. Cancellations made 30 days or less before the retreat will result in a loss of the $500 deposit. Cancellations made the week of the retreat will result in no refund.
